Set Up Signature in Different Apps

iPhone/iPad Mail

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to Mail
  3. Tap Signature
  4. Choose:
    • All Accounts: Same signature for all
    • Per Account: Different signature per email
  5. Type your signature
  6. Done!

Android (Gmail App)

  1. Open Gmail app
  2. Tap menu (☰) → Settings
  3. Select your account

  1. Go to FileOptions
