- 📁 Waiting: Awaiting reply from others

- 📁 Archive: Completed/old emails

- 📁 Receipts

The 4 D's Method
- Delete: Spam, unnecessary emails
- Do: Takes under 2 minutes? Do it now
- Delegate: Forward to right person
- Defer: Move to Action folder for later
Email Filters/Rules
Auto-organize with filters:
- Newsletters → Newsletters folder
- Receipts → Receipts folder
- From boss → Flag as important
- From specific client → Client folder
Inbox Zero Strategy
- Morning: Process inbox to zero
- Midday: Quick check, urgent only
- End of day: Process again to zero
