Setting Up Outlook Desktop

Configure Outlook on Windows or Mac.

Quick Setup

1. Open Outlook
2. File → Add Account
3. Enter email address
4. Enter password
5. If Outlook finds the settings on its own, click Finish. If it does not, or it asks what kind of account this is, use Manual Setup below.

Manual Setup

1. File → Add Account → Manual setup
2. Select IMAP
3. Enter the server settings:
   • Incoming (IMAP): mail.atriomail.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.atriomail.com, port 587, STARTTLS
   • Username: your full email address
4. Test connection
5. Complete setup

Get Settings: the same settings are on the Connect your mail client card on your Dashboard.

Troubleshooting

• Can't connect: Verify server settings
• Authentication failed: Check credentials
• Send fails: Verify SMTP settings
• Certificate warning: do not accept it. Check that the server name is exactly mail.atriomail.com, and contact support if the warning persists.
