Creating Your First Email Address

Welcome to AtrioMail! Creating your first email address takes a few simple steps:

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

1. Go to system.atriomail.com
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Enter your two-factor code (from your authenticator app or the code sent by email)

Step 2: Open Email Mailboxes

1. Look at the left sidebar menu
2. Click on "Email Mailboxes"
3. You'll see a list of your mailboxes (it will be empty if this is your first time)

Step 3: Create New Email Address

1. Click the "Add Mailbox" button at the top right
2. Fill in the following information:
   • Domain: Select your domain from the dropdown (example: yourdomain.com)
   • Username: Choose the part before the @ (example: john, sales, info)
   • Display Name: Enter the name people will see (example: John Smith, Sales Team)
   • Password: Create a strong password (the form shows how strong it is)
3. Click "Create"

Step 4: Check Your New Mailbox

1. You'll see a success message
2. Your new address appears in the Email Mailboxes list

Now that you have an email address, you can:

• Set up your email on your phone or computer
• Send and receive emails
• Create additional email addresses for your team
